Unfortunately due to the delicate, meticulous and fragile nature of the packaging of mirrors, mirrored furniture, framed prints & canvas artwork a refund or replacement cannot be offered if the item is removed from its packaging as it is very hard to secure the items again for insurance purposes with a courier/shipping company.
