Then awesome news, just like Vavoom’s love, shipping on most of our products is free for all our Metro buddies.

Unfortunately not everything in life is free, I know - we’re bummed about it too.

So what doesn’t qualify for free shipping?

- Our clearance items do not qualify for free shipping

- Our mirrors do not qualify, unless specified on the actual product page of the item in question

Depending on the goods and whereabouts you’re located varies our quotes as we go through different companies for different products. We do have a nifty new little system on our website at the checkout, it’s really groovy - just punch in your postcode and this will calculate a freight quote for you!

Now I know you’ve ordered your goodies and you’re ready to receive it. If we could teleport it to you now, believe us we would - but the science is really hard on this one. So instead we need to do the next best thing, and that is ensuring we get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can.

99% of our orders are delivered to you within 7-14 business days, however we all know that sometimes life decides to be difficult and delays do happen. If this does happen, we will contact you within 2-3 days of placing your order. At this time we will advise you of the new estimated delivery date and we’ll discuss options with you.

If we could deliver them to you ourselves, we would. We’re always up for a cheeky “work” holiday! Unfortunately, we generally do not ship overseas, unless you like spending bajillions in freight. However, for smaller items we may be able to help you. Please send an enquiry through to sales@vavoom.com.au to see if there is something we can do. We can sometimes pull a magic trick and ship smaller items, so let us know what you’re looking at and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Don’t worry! Sometimes our deliveries will come separately as they are warehoused in different locations but it’s on it’s way. Just to assure you, if you have paid shipping, you will only pay one lot regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

Sure, if you send us a money transfer for $3,000 via Western Union to validate your bank account so we can deposit your ‘lottery winnings’. We’re joking, please don’t do that. You haven’t won the lottery!

Sorry, all items must be paid for in full upon ordering and with cleared funds prior to dispatch and delivery. We’re not saying we don’t trust you with our lives, but...we kinda don’t trust you with our lives.

Your orders are sent to you through various freight and delivery services dependent on a number of factors so boring, we really have to spare your sanity. This means that these companies will often provide different notification services. For example, you will receive a phone call prior to delivery from our furniture freighters, however, couriers refuse to do this. They will not be able to call prior to delivery, but they will supply you with a tracking number so you can gauge when it will arrive from their system. This works the same with the delivery itself. Furniture freighters will more often than not help you get your product inside, but a courier are ‘curb-side’ so they will not come up any stairs, lifts or steep, long driveways and will often park in the street.

PLEASE NOTE;

Upon arrival of your package, please take note of any damage or anything unusual to the box or product. If you feel that the damage is not acceptable please refuse delivery.

Yes, we will need you to sign. Please check your items carefully when delivery occurs. Any damages must be noted on the delivery docket. If not checked whilst the delivery driver is at your premises please note this when signing. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please see our returns policy for more details.

Authority To Leave. Some of our products do require an authority to leave which if you’re ready for the products, you can select this option at the checkout.
