We tried looking into having a cloning machine that just built what we needed then and there in 3 seconds with very minimal work and costs involved, but we were told that’s just not possible right now. We try very hard to make sure that the huge range list we have on our website is available and ready to go - but unfortunately this is not always the case. Some of our ranges will sell out fairly quickly or will require pre-ordering with lead times. As quick as we normally are in having this stock availability checked on the website, we can sometimes miss a couple items. We want to say that you’ll have it in 10 minutes, but apparently it’s wrong to give false hope and we’ve got to stop trying to live in 2050. Even with science not being on our side 99% of our orders are delivered to you within 7-14 business days and that’s the next best thing, however we all know that sometimes life decides to be difficult and delays do happen. If this does happen, we will contact you within 2-3 days of placing your order. At this time we will advise you of the new estimated delivery date and we’ll discuss options with you.
Yes please! To ensure that your product is delivered safely and to the correct address it is advisable to have someone present to accept the goods and to check that it is the correct product. We also need someone to sign for your products.
I tried building a table once and I viciously yelled at it for not working. Unfortunately mental damage isn’t something we can fix, but if your product is physically damaged then send it on back to us. We’ll give it a stern talking to.
