  1. The 'May Madness' promotion will run from 00:01 May 1st - 23:59 May 31st 2017
  2. The standard Free Metro Shipping is still valid, and can be used by customers living within 30km of the CBD in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide for any orders apart from mirrors and artwork. Please see this page for detailed information on the standard free metro shipping. 
  3. The 'May Madness' promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or coupon code.
  4. The 'May Madness' promotion is not applicable on Clearance items. They can be added to the order after the value of $2500 inclusive of GST has been reached but not included as part of the value of $2500 inclusive of GST.
  5. No coupon code is required to take advantage of this promotion. Simply add items to basket to a value greater than or equal to $2500 inclusive of GST to qualify and receive free shipping Australia wide.
  6. PO boxes are not accepted as valid shipping addresses.
  7. Vavoom Interiors Pty Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
  8. To qualify for free shipping, a customer must spend greater than or equal to $2500 inclusive of GST in one transaction via one of Vavoom Emporium's sale channels; being phone, retail in store, or online via www.vavoom.com.au only.
  9. Orders with multiple items may require several shipments due to warehousing and supplier locations across Australia. As long as the order total including GST was equal to or greater than $2500, and performed in one transaction, then this does not affect the eligibility to qualify for the promotion.
  10. Delivery to remote areas will only be possible if this area is serviced by one of Vavoom Emporium's freight partners. In the event of an order being placed that is unreachable, Vavoom will notify you of this event and process a full refund.
  11. Delivery times are relative to the distance travelled from the warehouse or supplier location. Vavoom will endeavour to give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to manage your expectations.
  12. Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to delay dependent on freight routes, availability etc.
  13. Vavoom will not accept cancellations after the item has been dispatched.
  14. Due to the nature of sensitive furniture freight, no tracking numbers can be provided to track your order.
  15. Vavoom cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery details or a failure of delivery due to no one being home to accept the delivery. Vavoom reserves the right to charge you an administration fee and additional Delivery Fees for redelivery of your order.
  16. We cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or provide an exact time for delivery.  Vavoom use various 3rd party courier networks to offer the most competitive rate available and suitable courier for the type of goods. Expected delivery times vary between metro and rural areas.
  17. Each order may only be sent to one delivery address, and may not be split among multiple addresses.
