Free Delivery Information

  • Free Delivery Applies to: Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane - Metro Areas Only
  • Please note: "Metro" is defined as within 30km of the CBD. If in doubt, please refer to Google Maps
  • Items in our clearance section do not qualify for free metro delivery
  • Sales items will specify where free delivery or flat rate charges apply or if freight quotes are required
  • Mirrors and artwork do not qualify for free delivery due to requiring specialist fragile freight services
  • Any items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly listed on the product's page. Please reach out to us for a quote on these particular items. 
  • No free delivery on any mirror on the Vavoom Website unless specified directly on the product's page.

International Deliveries

  • Vavoom does not generally ship overseas, however, please enquire via sales@vavoom.com.au to see if we can help you. 
  • Only some items are able to be shipped internationally.

General Delivery Times

  • 99% of our orders are delivered to you within 7-14 working days however some furniture items are imported directly and these are delivered within 4-16 weeks. If the item is not in stock and your delivery has been delayed, we will contact you within 2-3 days of placing your order. At this time we will advise you of the estimated delivery date and discuss your options with you.

Other Important Delivery Info

  • All items must be paid for in full upon ordering and with cleared funds prior to dispatch and delivery.
  • If your order is delivered over two separate deliveries you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
  • Your orders are sent to you via various freight and delivery services.
  • Furniture and registered post items need to be signed for. Please check your items carefully when delivery occurs - any damages must be noted on the delivery docket. If not checked whilst delivery driver is at your premises please note this when signing. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please see our returns policy for full details.
  • We request that the freight companies call you prior to delivery to ensure you will be home to accept and sign for the goods. Please ensure you return the freight companies call or a re-delivery fee will apply by some freight companies. Please note not all freight companies or couriers call prior to delivery so any special delivery instructions should be noted at time of purchase at checkout.
  • Items over 30kg's generally require assistance with unloading or we can arrange at an extra cost a tailgate service. Please request this at time of purchase or check with us.
